A Leg Up Rescue

Collin was tied to a tree in the back yard of a family who moved - during the pouring rain! It was only after hearing his cries for a couple of days that a neighbor realised from where it was coming. The days of Collin being neglected are far in his past. He now lives with a wonderful family and their two small dogs. He sleeps in a warm bed each night and is receives loving care.
