Bear and Bella are now in a loving home, together!
Bear and his sister (Bella) arrived at the shelter and were too young to stay there unattended. The wonderful shelter director took them home, nursed them through their infancy, and gave them tons of TLC. They are only 7 weeks old now (July 10) but will be ready for adoption very soon. Our best guess is that Bear is a Chihuahua mix (maybe with Pomeranian). He could be as big as 15 pounds when full grown, or he could be smaller, but we are really only guessing at this point.
