Eddie

Eddie and his buddy were found wondering in a field in South San Jose. When Eddie's buddy got adopted, poor Eddie was left behind, "unadoptable" because of a little issue with his right eye. Eddie's foster mom, who also has an issue with one of her eyes, could not believe one bad eye could prevent a great little guy like Eddie from enjoying a new life, so she went to meet him at the shelter and there was no way she was leaving this little charmer behind!

Eddie is incredibly well behaved and obedient. He is friendly with everyone he meets, barely barks, is a great walker, and loves a great game of fetch. He gets along great with his foster dog sister, and is unphased by cats or children he meets on his walks. Eddie obviously was loved and cared for, trained well, and exposed to different social situations. Eddie would be OK with another small dog companion, but it's not necessary. He could live happily as an only dog since he loves the attention from his human caretakers.

Eddie is on medication to help his eye heal. If you can look past the milky eye while he recovers, we can promise Eddie will charm his way into your heart. If you are interested in adopting Eddie, please consider filling out the adoption application.
